YIN YOGA @ ROOT FORCE PELVIC HEALTH ALLIANCE (GEORGETOWN)

I’m so excited to be offering an in-person Yin yoga class, inside of the Pelvic Health Alliance in Georgetown! Root Force Pelvic Health Alliance is a queer owned and operated space offering personal training, PT, and sex therapy in the heart of Georgetown. The space is very unfortunately not ada accessible, as there are narrow stairs leading up to the clinic.

Unlike other Yoga modalities, the principles of Yin yoga focus on stillness, restorative, connective tissue replenishment, and release. This is a great class for all levels of experiential context with Yoga.

Class will begin and end with a short somatic meditation.

LIMITED TO 8 PARTICIPANTS - BRING A YOGA MAT - WEAR COMFY, FLEXIBLE CLOTHING
